1. 你會運貨到香港以外的地方嗎?

   Do you provide International delivery?

 

• 本店提供全球貨運服務，運費以重量及地區計算，有需要可代購郵遞保險。

• We support International Standard Delivery worldwide. Cost for delivery depends on the weight and destination. Warranty is provided when request.

 

 

2. 你售賣的貨品生產地在哪裡?

    Where are your products made in?

 

• 我們為你於日本及台灣等地搜羅特色精品及禮物，全部經由店長親自驗收，以確保質素及用料均屬優質。

• Our products are made in Japan and Taiwan. We collect high-quality presents, those are special and fantastic as a gift for your beloved one.

 

 

3. 我如何退貨?

    How do I return an item?

 

• 如你於收到貨品後7天內驗貨發現有問題，可聯絡本店安排免費退貨。我們保留最終退貨的權利。

• If the product is unused and/or found to be defected, refunds can be made within 7 days from the date of purchase. Please show proof of purchase (i.e. receipt, records, customer service card, etc.). Original packing and all accessories included must be returned in its original condition.

• Products which have been used, with stain or washed cannot be refunded.
